Practical & Sign Up

The last run of this larp was played on May 2019. There are no more runs planned.

We don’t follow «a first come, first served» procedure, so we will accept questionnaires until the first sign up window (until November 30th) closes. Past that date, we will start the selection and any incoming questionnaire will go to the waiting pool. We will cover vacants drawing from the waiting pool, according to the needs of the larp and the vacant characters. There are 28 limited positions.

 

Walpurgis is an English language international larp (live action action role-play) that will take place in the comfortable, stunning cave houses of Al Jatib (Baza, Granada, Spain). Dates are from May 16th afternoon to early Sunday 19th 2019.

The contribution for the larp position is 195 €, which can be done at once or divided in two payments, the first of 100 € when the position is confirmed and a second one (until March, 3rd) of 95 €. It covers the stay and lodging in luxury, beautiful cave houses, amazing homemade food, daily sessions in the arab baths, use of the pool and rent of the robes required for the rituals of the coven. No contribution is needed until you have a confirmed position.

We will give support and advice to foreigners before and after the larp. The cave houses are located about 100 km from the beautiful city of Granada and not far from the Mediterranean Sea.

We will not be able to make any refund, unless we find a replacement player for a given position. In that case, we will refund everything except 50€. However, if we are warned with less than thirty days before the start of the larp, we will not be able to make any refunds. A complete refund will only be possible in case of event cancellation or special situations.
