we burn in death and desire is an English language international larp (live action action role-play) that will take place in the comfortable, stunning cave houses of Al Jatib (Baza, Granada, Spain). Dates are from May the 11th afternoon to early Sunday 15th 2020 (late Wednesday and full Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We leave the caves at 12:00 of Sunday). There will be only one run, as this larp is a day longer than our regular projects and it is unlikely we can dedicate the time that it requires in future years.

We don’t follow «a first come, first served» procedure, so we will accept questionnaires to cover for the cancellations we had until December 7th, then all new sign ups will go to a waiting pool. There is no «lottery»: a questionnaire brimming with ideas, suggestions and enthusiasm is the best way to secure a position. We will cover vacancies drawing from the waiting pool, according to the needs of the larp and the characters to be covered. There are 24 limited positions. No contribution is required until you have a confirmed position.

The contribution for a new larp position is 320 €, which can be done at once or divided in two payments, the first of 100 € when the position is confirmed and a second one (until February 1st) of the rest of the amount (splitting the second payments in two would be possible by request, on a case to case basis). The contribution covers the stay and lodging in beautiful cave houses, homemade food, daily sessions in the arab baths, the use of the pool and the Day clothes required. The Night clothes for your character are not covered by the contribution and depend on your choice and style.

We will give support and advice to foreigners before and after the larp. The cave houses are located about 100 km from the beautiful city of Granada and not far from the Mediterranean Sea.

We will not be able to make any refund, unless we find a replacement player for a given position. In that case, we will refund everything except the signal of 100€. However, if we are notified with less than thirty days before the start of the larp, we will not be able to make any refunds. A complete refund will only be possible in case of event cancellation or special situations.
